Stoneridge Acres
In one of East Wenatchee's most desirable spots, Lenssen Homes is putting together a 9 lot subdivision, with lots approximately .25 acres and covenants that protect the overall design integrity of the homes built there. 2008 Tour Home
This 3200 square foot home, built opposite Three Lakes Golf Course, has everything from honed slate countertops and built-in bookshelves to hardwood floors, a wide front porch, and beautiful painted millwork. It was inspired by a 1930's home built in Spokane's historic South Hill neighborhood.
2009 Tour Home
This year's Tour home was awarded "Best of Show" in Wenatchee's 2009 Tour of Homes. Beautiful finish work and unique design ideas include a limestone master bathroom and shower, reclaimed timbers in the living room, painted wood windows, painted wood cabinets in the kitchen, and two fireplaces with beautiful surrounds. As well, this home has several green elements including solar hot water and radiant floor heating.
